We are pleased to announce that Municipal Well & Pump is now an employee owned company. On Wednesday, August 31st, 2005 the employees of MWP purchased the entire company from Sam Vander Galien, Jr. of Sam's Well Drilling, Inc.
This change is a positive step forward not only for us but also for our customers. It clears up much of the confusion customers had as to our relationship with Sam's Well Drilling, Inc.
The new ownership group, who are all employees of the company, is committed to making MWP the best it can become. MWP will now have the freedom and the full responsibility to provide all of our customers with the service, expertise and quality they deserve and demand.
